Rachel A. Torchia, of Brecksville, Ohio, is the founder and president of Gateway Title Agency. She is known as the “FSBO Queen” of the Northern Ohio real estate industry. She appears frequently on TV and radio and is a frequent speaker. Rachel developed the “For Sale By Owner” niche in 1994.

A former Realtor, Rachel, entered into the title industry 25 years ago with First American, (previously Midland Title) in Cleveland. Gateway Title has evolved into a family affair with her husband, Mike, a real estate broker, three daughters, two grandchildren and a niece all working for those who are selling and buying property.
