Dr. Murdoch is the Compliance and Marketing Executive for the Realtor Builder Mortgage Services Group of Bank of America. His responsibilities include managing the Infrastructure team as well as overseeing the compliance and marketing initiatives for the Banks 700+ Realtor-Builder alliances. The Realtor Builder Mortgage Services group has doubled production year over year for the past two years and is on pace to deliver 30+% growth in 2008 despite significant changes to market conditions. Prior to joining Bank of America, Carter was the Managing Director and Principal Economist for the National Association of Realtors® in Washington DC. and Co-CEO of BidTrac, a real estate technology company. Carter holds a PhD. in Economics, a Master of Administration, and a BA in Economics and has been an active Realtor for more than 20 years. |
