Senior Vice President, Data Operations, CoreLogic
Dianna Serio is senior vice president of data operations for CoreLogic. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s industry-leading property database through large scale data acquisition and integration of publicly and privately sourced data.
Dianna formerly held a series of progressively responsible positions within the CoreLogic Data & Analytics Group. She most recently served as vice president of data procurement and quality and was responsible for company-wide data acquisition, production, quality assurance, fulfillment and custom product solutions for all data related activities. Prior to that, Dianna was director of data services for CoreLogic.
As director of data services from 1992-1998, Dianna was responsible for transitioning the company’s data production to a new site offshore. She successfully relocated all in-house data entry and research operations to the Philippines in less than six months, reducing yearly operational costs from $4.2 million per year to $1.4 million per year, and launched two similar production sites in India and Mexico soon after.
Dianna also previously served as the Northern California Area operations manager for DataTrace, the nation’s largest data services provider to the settlement services industry, managing all title plant and property tax service information operations for three branches, covering 31 counties in California, Nevada and Hawaii. She first joined CoreLogic as a field sales representative in 1985 and was named data entry manager and then Arizona operations manager within two years.
Dianna holds an International MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in business administration from the University of New Mexico. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
