| When should I expect my first newsletter to arrive? |

If you have ordered a subscription to one of our publications, you should expect it to arrive on the next scheduled mailing. Our print newsletters arrive in your mailbox every 10 business days (24 print issues a year). Digital newsletters (PDF versions of print newsletters) are e-mailed to digital subscribers every 10 business days. |
| Has my CD recording shipped? |

If you have ordered a CD from an audio seminars or webinar that was just aired, your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. If your CD is from a previous show it will ship in 5-7 business days. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
If you did not create an account when placing your order you will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 330-659-6101 x 7221 to make any changes or cancel your order. |
