Jason Nadeau is the Executive Vice President at Factom, Inc., where he leads the strategy for the company including market positioning, revenue growth, strategic relationships and market strategies. Nadeau comes to Factom from Corsair Associates where as Senior Director he provided strategic consulting to mortgage technology companies on technology innovation. Before Corsair Associates, he served as Group President at Stewart Title and CEO of Stewart Lender Services where he led Stewart’s Lender Services Operations and various technology and data ventures. Nadeau was also the Founder, President, and CTO of RealEC Technologies (now a Black Knight company) where he and the RealEC leadership team developed the largest Electronic Partner Network for the mortgage i ndustry.

Gorkem Kuterdem is currently the Chief Technology Officer for WFG and West, a WFG Company. He joined WFG in 2011 as part of its acquisition of an independent Title and Escrow company in Seattle, WA. After obtaining his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, he has worked with a startup that was one of the first participants in electronic delivery of title market share data via the Internet, where he grew to appreciate the power of good data and a systems based approach to solving business problems.

He has since been involved in developing and implementing platforms for title and escrow production, integration, business intelligence and workflow management. He is currently knee deep in completing WFG’s transformation to a single operating platform. His goal is to create and deploy a truly integrated and automated platform connecting WFG to its customers, whether they are title agents, lenders, Realtors or consumers. He is excited that the premise of a fully digital mortgage is now closer to reality than ever before.

He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Professional Association for SQL Server, and is WFG’s representative to MISMO.

Mark Lesswing is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, and started programming robots just out of college. In 1988, he began working with object-oriented programming, and in 1992 he launched a consultancy. He has worked for large database vendors such as Sybase (as a startup) and Oracle, and spent a summer in Europe setting up operations for a vendor.

For three years prior to joining NAR, Mark was involved in corporate turnarounds. He is a speaker at major trade conferences, and is listed in the International Who's Who of Information Technology and the National Register of Who's Who in Executive and Professions.

Having grown up in Buffalo, New York, Lesswing also has lived in New York City and San Francisco. Currently he resides in Chicago with his wife, Susannah, and their three children.
