Aaron M. Davis is the founder and CEO of AMD Enterprises, a conglomerate of business ventures including Florida Agency Network (FAN), ClosingSuite.com, Premier Data Services, Network Transaction Solutions, and several others. He has grown a single-office title agency into the Florida Agency Network (FAN), consisting of multiple statewide locations and title agency brands, which can be viewed at www.FLagency.net. The conglomerate employs over 200 staff and is one of the largest providers in the state.
Closing Suite is a settlement solutions provider for title agencies and law firms. It consists of several companies giving a variety of services. Premier Data Services (PDS) is a SOC 2 Type 2 examined technology services provider, which specializes in managed services, cloud hosting, and network security. PDS has quickly evolved into one of the settlement services industry’s go-to sources for IT support. BPM Solutions (BPM), and Network Transaction Solutions (NTS), offer back-office, ancillary support, and settlement solutions, such as accounting, human resources, title plant products, lien search, post-closing services, data processing, a national mobile settlement/notary/RON service provider.
Davis’ latest endeavor finds him in year 2 of a 3-year OPM (Owner/President Management) program at Harvard Business School, designed for CEO’s actively involved in day to day operations, with a focus on leadership, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and identifying emerging opportunities. Aaron is proud father of two boys, Aiden (17) and Jackson (14). In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, down time at the beach, Florida Gator athletics, and CrossFit.
Brady & Kosofsky, PA
Jaime Kosofsky is one of the founding partners of Brady & Kosofsky, PA, a Charlotte, North Carolina based, real estate law firm that helps lenders and consumers make real estate closings simple.
Jaime serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and serves as the head of Compliance at Brady & Kosofsky, PA.
In addition to his duties at Brady & Kosofsky, Jaime is a member of the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas, he is in his third appointment by the North Carolina Secretary of State to the NC Electronic Mortgage Closing Advisory Committee, and is a member of the American Land Title Association Digital Closing Executive Committee.
Before devoting his work fulltime to Brady & Kosofsky, Jaime served as a closing attorney and REO attorney at a large regional law firm, and before that as a lawyer and sports agent in the professional motorsports industry to include clients in the NASCAR Touring Series, IndyCar Series, USAC, NHRA and other divisions and types of motorsports.
In July of 2019, the main office of Brady & Kosofsky (which housed the IT Infrastructure) was gutted by fire and Jaime and the B&K team had to learn about Disaster Recovery the hard way.
