Hear from Thomas Kearney, who led the team responsible for HMDA rulemaking at the CFPB, to learn what action steps you need to be taking now with instruction including:

  • HMDA self-assessment and what you should be working on right now
  • Working with your vendors and preparing your system
  • Policies, procedures, practices, and training
  • Fair lending analysis under new data points
  • And much more!

With the new rule more than doubling the number of data points to be reported on various home loans, attend this event to make sure you are complying with all the fair lending standards .
