Chuck has a successful background in several industries including real estate; finance; home improvements and furnishings; and franchises. He grew up in St. Louis, Mo and attended the University of Arizona on a baseball scholarship. After college, he moved to Phoenix where he now lives with his kids. Chuck is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Arizona (along with Real Estate and Insurance licenses) and is a NNA (national Notary Association) Certified National Signing Agent. | Charlie Carpenter Founder, Attorney Forward Law Charlie Carpenter is the founder of Forward Law. He is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and works with clients in both South Carolina and North Carolina in the areas of real estate, taxation and estate planning. Prior to his legal career, Charlie served as an Officer in the United States Navy. He holds a Masters of Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his law degree from the Charlotte School of Law, his MBA from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte), and his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. Matt joined Qualia after practicing law at leading global firm law firm O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and in the Asset Management division at Goldman Sachs. Prior to Qualia, Matt was an early employee and member of the leadership team at Legal Technology company RocketLawyer.com where he built the Legal Advice business unit and scaled the company’s Small Business Services unit. He has a career track record of empowering professional services providers to make their services more efficient to deliver in a modern and affordable way to their clients and partners. Matt graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and earned his juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.
