Thomas W. Cronkright II is the co-founder and CEO of Sun Title. Over the past twelve years, Sun Title has grown into one of the largest commercial and residential title agencies in Michigan and has been recognized as an Inc. 5000 company the last three consecutive years, 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, and 50 Businesses to Watch in Michigan. Tom is a licensed attorney, and frequent speaker on real estate and title topics and an award winning business leader.
Tom is also the co-founder of CertifID, a real-time identity and document verification system to prevent fraud in the title and lending industries. He and his business partner, Lawrence Duthler, created the solution in response to the accelerating instances of fraud hitting the industry.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Tom was an attorney in the business and corporate practice groups of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP and Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, P.L.C. Tom received his B.A. degree in finance from Western Michigan University and his law degree from Wayne State University.

Matthew Froning

Matthew Froning is an established executive with over 20 years in the information security industry. Providing executive-level guidance to organizations, he brings a unique background that includes a deep technical experience along with an understanding of balancing between security and operations. Having worked with small two-person organizations to multi-billion dollar financial institutions, Froning provides clients with customized information security consultation based on the type, size, complexity and regulatory requirements of the organization.
He designed and developed a proprietary ALTA Pillar 3 Information Security Assessment Process, Guideline, and Report that outlines the requirements of ALTA compliance, the areas of strength within an organization, and the shortfalls an organization must remediate in order to become compliant. An established public speaker, he was has spoken at more 50 different underwriter, state land title association, NS3 and ALTA events and on webinars.
He has led the execution of over 600 security assessments, to include over 200 ALTA Best Practice assessments for the title and settlement agents and attorneys. Having spent more than 21 years supporting the United States Air Force and the Federal Government, as both an active duty member and federal contractor, Froning led technical assessments, evaluations and integration of multiple complex Network Warfare products, identifying shortfalls, gaps and capabilities critical to the Air Force’s network operation mission.

Matt Reass

Matthew “Matt” Reass joined RynohLive in June 2015 as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining RynohLive, Matt worked for a Virginia based title and settlement agency, Reliant Title, for thirteen years. He is a licensed underwriter, Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent (VCTSA), and former Director for the Virginia Land Title Association (VLTA) 2014-2015. Prior to his thirteen years of title experience, Matt worked in the engineering consulting industry.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS in Civil Engineering, and a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Program.
