Combined Production Facility Manager
Natalie Bombardier is a Combined Production Facility (CPF) Manager with Fidelity National Title Group. She has 38 years of experience in the title field, with the last 30 years managing title production. Natalie’s facility handles orders in three states, servicing 47 title operations. Her facility is paperless, and her team continues to look for ways to create efficient processes while producing quality title products that meet customer needs.
To help resolve service issues that her operation’s recording department was experiencing with Phoenix, Arizona, area customers, her group teamed with Quadras in developing a software program. Natalie’s operation is now able to maximize the efficiencies of being paperless with its ability to record electronically. Natalie’s customers now experience a process that keeps them informed during the entire electronic recording process and allows them to better serve their lender and broker customers.
