Chuck Cain is senior vice president, agency manager, Midwest, for WFG National Title Insurance Co. Chuck has been in the title insurance industry since 1977. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, several federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He is former chair of the Real Property section of the Cincinnati Bar Association, a former director of the Cincinnati Mortgage Banker’s Association and a recipient of a special citation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development concerning Fair Housing Best Practices.
A native Cincinnatian, Chuck has been a licensed title insurance agent for over 25 years and was an owner-operator of his own agency for 18 years. He has spoken before the American Land Title Association, Ohio Land Title Association, the Indiana Land Title Association, the Michigan Land Title Association, the Missouri Land Title Association, RESPRO, the National Settlement Services Summit, and numerous other groups and classes on the topic of title insurance and compliance. He is also the president of consulting firm Alliance Solutions, LLC.
Kim McConkey, CPA
Partner-in-Charge, ComplianceSuccess Program
Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP
Kim is the partner-in-charge of HA&W's ComplianceSuccess program. He is recognized as a thought leader on CFPB compliance, using ALTA Best Practices, having published the first case study on the topic. Title companies, title agents and settlement law firms around the country rely on Kim's guidance through the murky waters of complying with CFPB consumer protection laws.
Kim pioneered the processes that led to the issuance of one of the nation's first ALTA "Best Practice" Certifications in accordance with the AICPA's code of Professional Standards for attestation engagements. In addition, he is involved at a national level linking ALTA and the AICPA to establish clearer specific standards.
In addition, he has deep experience representing companies nationally as an auditor in the real estate, airport concessionaire, broker/dealer, and investment advisor sectors. He consults with clients on financial projections, facility lease/franchise agreement analysis and review, lender negotiations, standardizing accounting procedures, and designing internal control systems.
Kim joined the Firm in 1980 and became a CPA in 1983. A native of Rome, Georgia, he attended Darlington School and received his BS from the University of Alabama.
Director, Strategic Sales
Matthew “Tucker” Ryals is RedVision’s Director for Strategic Sales. He manages RedVision’s national account strategies and is the point person for the company’s largest clients.
Tucker joined RedVision in January 2003 as a sales consultant. From 2004-2006, he was Director of Operations, where his main responsibility was to recruit, hire, train and manage a team of over 50 individuals, providing services to the company’s client base. He later became Director for Default Services, 2006-2009, when he was responsible for direct sales to all of the company’s default clients. In 2010, he was promoted to his current enterprise position.
Prior to joining RedVision, Tucker was Director of Business Development at ettain group. Previously, he was with TEKsystems, where he rose to Southeast Regional Director, Business Development.
Tucker graduated with B.A., Economics, Cum Laude at Wake Forest University.
