Deanna André
A new recruit to Marshall & Swift, André is a California Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive experience in the real estate, banking, and information technology industries.
Her real estate experience includes heading an appraisal firm with a client base of national lenders, realtors and attorneys. André also ran a company that reviewed loan collateral for more than 15 national lenders, and worked as a national manager for American Title Insurance company. Her efforts at American Title included launching a new document preparation division.
In the mortgage banking realm, André was a national sales manager for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and provided software to title and escrow companies nationwide. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
