Jason Nadeau is SVP and Chief Digital Officer for Fidelity National Financial. Jason leads Fidelity’s digital strategy and the development of digital solutions, including eSigning, Digital Closing, eNotarization, Digital Escrow and blockchain solutions and innovations.

Prior to joining FNF, Jason served as the Executive Vice President at Factom, Inc., a blockchain solutions company. In this role, he led strategy including market positioning, product solutions, strategic relationships, and market strategies. Jason has also served as Group President at Stewart Title and CEO of Stewart Lender Services, where he led Stewart’s Lender Services, Stewart Government Technologies, Stewart Global, Mortgage Servicing Outsourcing and Stewart Appraisal Services. He was also the Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of RealEC Technologies, now a Black Knight company, where he and the RealEC leadership team developed the largest Electronic Partner Network for the mortgage industry. Prior to RealEC, Jason served as the Chief Technology Officer of Stewart Title and served in several technology roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Jason received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance/Systems Analysis and Design from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Miller has been an Orlando attorney for 37 years. Although he has built a prominent law practice, his business experience and community involvement is extensive. He initially worked for a small Orlando firm after graduating law school, and was then recruited by a New York law firm to establish a new office in Orlando, Florida. In this role he was tapped to create the firms new commercial litigation department- the success of the new department increased profitability of the firm’s office by more than 50%. Later in 1998, he started his own practice focusing on commercial litigation. He later sold his litigation practice to focus on real estate and transactional law.

He is the founder and President of The Closing Agent, Inc., which is the largest and oldest independent title agency in Central Florida. Since its inception in 2002, The Closing Agent, Inc. has grown to extreme profitability and is growing and acquiring more offices nearly every year. Mr. Miller manages almost 45 employees between the law firm and title company with offices in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Ocoee, Winter Park, Lakeland, Merit Island and Celebration, Florida with new additions and acquisitions in the works. In January he was the first RON Notary in the State of Florida and conducted the first RON closing .

Mr. Miller serves as the CEO of BMKH Properties, LLC; a company which he started with just one investment property. Within eight years, he grew the portfolio to over thirty properties consisting of commercial real estate developments, residential high-rises, condominiums, single-family homes and prime store-front retail space.

Mr. Miller is a results-driven professional with a demonstrated ability to succeed, drive sales, lead new ventures and perpetuate existing ventures. He has the ability to bring to any business a wide and varied perspective from not only the legal side, but from the business side as he has established and operated several businesses.

Leslie Wyatt is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at SoftPro. She began her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, and joined SoftPro in 2002. She currently oversees the Compliance Department with her primary focus being on regulatory issues at the Federal, state and county levels.

Leslie is a member of the ALTA Implementation Task Force, the Title Action Network Steering Committee, the ALTA Government Affairs Committee, the ALTA Membership Committee, the ALTA Education Committee and the TLTA Federal Issues Committee. She has represented ALTA at a congressional briefing regarding the CFPB and the TRID changes. Leslie travels though out country speaking on our industry’s hot topics with a focus on regulatory and compliance. Leslie continuous to work with the CFPB on various projects regarding TRID, UCD, MISMO and other industry hot topics.
