Mark Chapin, IFA, is a veteran real property valuator and marketing specialist enthusiastically serving the mortgage industry since 1982. Currently, Mark makes his home at C2C Appraisal Services, a valuation group that supports certain interests within the Sterling Capital Partners Portfolio. Mark serves as president of the group.
Building from a successful appraisal career in Virginia, Mark entered the national valuation scene in 1988, serving three settlement service firms over the next 15 years as chief appraisal officer, developing and marketing innovative national scope valuation solutions that leveraged the technology of the day to assist the lending and investment communities in collateral valuation accuracy and production streamlining.
Greg Stephens

Greg Stephens is a recognized subject matter expert in appraisal regulations and standards. His 35-year career in the industry includes owning and managing a five-office regional appraisal firm in Northern California for 24 years, and prior to that, spending 10 years in financial institution valuation QC and governance. He has managed pre and post-closing review teams, monitored state and federal appraisal-related legislation and is a USPAP subject matter expert.
Greg is a Certified General appraiser, has an SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute, is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor through The Appraisal Foundation and is a CDEI certified distance education instructor through the International Distance Education Certification Center. He currently serves as the president of the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
