The appraisal industry is stuck in a bizarre limbo of appraisers who average 51 years old and a new generation that has little interest in the valuation space. The Appraisal Institute predicts a 25 to 35 percent decrease in the number of appraisers in the U.S. in five to 10 years.
Learn how you can benefit from taking on a trainee. Take the first step to bring on a younger generation that will build a solid foundation for the industry’s future.
