Senior Vice President, Business Capability Development
Brian Webster is Senior Vice President, Business Capability Development for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. From January 2013 to September 2015, he was Originations Program Manager within the Mortgage Markets team at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In that role, Webster served as the bureau’s expert in residential mortgage originations and technology.
Webster was involved in several critical initiatives at the CFPB, including: Mortgage Regulatory Implementation; major rulemakings such as Title XIV; TRID and HMDA; data standardizations; and the Know Before You Owe Closing Time initiative.
Prior to joining the CFPB, Webster was Vice President of the Mortgage division at Overture Financial Solutions. Prior to that, he held positions at Freddie Mac, PC Lender and began his mortgage banking career at Colorado Federal Saving Bank as a mortgage consultant.

Richard Bramhall

Richard Bramhall is part of the senior management team of Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., serving as Chief Underwriting Counsel. He is responsible for coordinating overall underwriting policy, providing national underwriting guidance, establishing uniform policies and procedures for Westcor contracts, and issuance of legal bulletins.
From December 2001 until joining Westcor in February 2012, Bramhall served as Chief Title Officer at Bank of America, where he provided title underwriting guidance for the LandSafe Services Division. A veteran of the multi-state title industry, Bramhall was the original Title Agency Counsel for Chesapeake Appraisal & Settlement Services, one of the first lender-owned vendor management companies. While at Bank of America, Bramhall served as an instructor for the MBA School of Mortgage Banking and also developed and conducted title training classes at several of the bank’s loan centers. He was most recently a member of the board of directors of the Real Estate Services Providers Council and is a past president of the Property Records Industry Association.

Mike Flynn is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Financial Institutions Group and is a member of the firm’s Banking, Consumer Financial Services and FinTech practices. Flynn focuses his practice on mortgage and other consumer financial services, including compliance and legal operational issues, secondary market and other transactions, and regulatory enforcement. He works on matters related to federal and state consumer protection laws, FHA and GSE issues, as well as matters involving fair lending and community reinvestment, and practice before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Flynn has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry with particular expertise in the consumer finance sector. He has held senior leadership and management roles for public and private banking entities, as well as for law firms and federal regulatory agencies, including service as Acting General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Rich Griffin, Vice President, National Sales Manager, of North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC), brings 24 years of experience in lending and title insurance to his position. Prior to joining NATIC, he owned his own title company in Phoenix for 10 years. A consummate educator, he has educated thousands of real estate agents, loan officers and title professionals over the years, serving as a featured panelist as well as the keynote at national and regional conferences. He also is a certified instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate, Arizona Multiple Listing Service and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
