Francis “Trip” Riley is a partner at Saul Ewing, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, focusing primarily on business torts and breach of contract in the context of commercial and consumer financing and business to business transactions. Riley is a seasoned litigator with deep experience in helping corporate clients facing disputes and claims related to intellectual property. He prides himself on understanding his clients’ businesses and goals so he can partner with them to achieve positive results in the often highly-charged setting of commercial and corporate litigation.
Riley also leads a team of attorneys that represent and counsel real estate settlement services industry clients, including: mortgage lenders and brokers and loan servicers; real estate brokers; and title insurance underwriters and agents.
Riley counsels on and litigates issues related to RESPA, TILA, Reg. X, Reg. Z, HOEPA, Fair Foreclosure Acts, Dodd-Frank, insurance rate issues, and other statutory and common law consumer complaints, as well as governmental investigations and enforcement.

Loretta Salzano advises banks, mortgage lenders, real estate brokers, title agents and other settlement service providers on how to increase their business while remaining within the confines of the laws of all 50 states and federal law including, but not limited to, TILA, RESPA, ECOA and HMDA. Salzano advises her clients regarding fair lending, compensation, marketing, licensure, fees, disclosures, reporting, and other matters related to their products and services. She drafts and negotiates contracts, including service agreements, compensation agreements, loan purchase and sale agreements and warehouse financing agreements. Salzano also assists clients in responding to regulatory examinations and actions.
Salzano is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Attorneys and serves as Legal Counsel to the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and to Rainbow Village, a transitional housing program. She is active in many industry, professional and civic associations and frequently speaks on mortgage issues. She received her B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Danielle Kaiser

As Regional Underwriting Counsel, Danielle Kaiser focuses on Indiana and Ohio, and provides support to NATIC agents along the Eastern Seaboard and into the South. She also takes an active role in TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID) training and broader underwriting issues for NATIC.
Throughout her career, Kaiser has taken a decisive role in developing legislation and compliance matters. She is an active member of the Indiana Land Title Association, serving as 2012 President and as current Chair of its Government Affairs Committee. She holds the prestigious National Title Professional designation from the American Land Title Association. A cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Kaiser earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and is a member of the American Bar Association.
