    2013 will be a time of significant transition for mortgage and settlement services companies.

    Much has changed in the way of marketing agreements in the past decade. With new regulations, including an interpretive rule and the volatilities of the market, it's time for companies to take a look at where the market is headed in terms of business partnerships, alliances and agreements. In this 60-minute webinar, two RESPA attorneys will educate participants on effective marketing agreements that comply with the current regulatory landscape. This webinar will cover:

    • Typical marketing agreements and how they work;
    • What you need to know about the interpretive rule and home warranties;
    • How the interpretative rule has affected marketing agreements;
    • How to minimize risks in marketing agreements;
    • Social media compliance;
    • Pros and cons of entering into strategic relationships; and
    • Reviewing your current agreements: Recognizing the red flags.

    Participants will have an opportunity to ask their questions through our live webinar instant chat feature and will also receive relevant handouts, including articles featured in RESPA News.
