Robert Moorman, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, is Chief Appraiser, SVP for Prosperity Bank, USA. His real estate experience includes: staff appraiser and AVP for Brenham National Bank in Brenham, TX; VP and staff appraiser for First National Bank of Navasota in Navasota, TX; VP and loan officer for First Savings Association in Brenham, TX; president of the RLM Financial Group, Inc.; VP for Wells Fargo RETECHS; and Senior Director-Valuation with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas.

He was a Lecturer in the Department of Finance at Texas A&M University from 1989 to 2003 and is currently an instructor for the Appraisal Institute and an AQB certified USPAP instructor. He is a member of the Houston chapter of the Appraisal Institute, currently serving as Vice-President for the chapter and will ascend to the presidency in 2017. He will also be a member of the national board of directors for the Appraisal Institute in 2017. His practice history includes the appraisal of all types of real estate, appraisal review, business appraisal, litigation support and real estate instruction.
