The title industry has increased its efforts to find opportunities for partnerships with homebuilders, lenders and real estate brokers in the form of affiliated arrangements, advertising agreements, desk rentals and normal promotional activities. Learn how you can take advantage of these opportunities while avoiding a RESPA violation.

This two-part webinar series will look at these strategic alliances, but not through a tired recitation of the RESPA requirements. Instead, Phillip Schulman and Holly Spencer Bunting, partners at Mayer Brown, will use real life scenarios to educate you on the do’s and don’ts for establishing these business relationships in compliance with RESPA.

The first webinar, Affiliated Agencies, which will be held on Wednesday October 2, 2019, will take a look at the proper creation of affiliated title agencies.

The second webinar, Marketing Activities, to be held on Wednesday November 20, 2019, will take a close look at advertising agreements, desk rentals and promotional activities.

Don’t miss out on their expert insights, purchase both webinars at the discounted bundle price and save!

A certificate of attendance will be issued for those who attend live.

Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions during the webinar and will receive the full PowerPoint presentation.
