Mark Stockton has been developing automated property valuation systems for more than three decades, making him one of the first individuals — if not the first — to become involved with "AVM" technology. One or more of his systems has been in use since 1981. In addition, he was first to enhance automated valuation products with such features as confidence scoring, appraiser assisted capabilities, insurance and the concept of offering a menu of alternative valuation services.
Since 2003, Mark has been developing advanced property valuation tools with his associate Dr. Robert Hausman, Jr. In addition to his involvement with systems development, Mark has been a real estate appraiser, bank president, Realtor, owner of an insurance agency and a real estate developer (residential & commercial). His background has provided him with a unique perspective of, and appreciation for, real property valuation.

Jeff Bradford is the founder and chief executive officer of Bradford Technologies, Inc., the leader in the new field of computer-aided appraising software. Jeff has more than 26 years of experience creating innovative solutions for appraisers and is a nationally recognized expert in computer technology and analytics.
Prior to founding Bradford Technologies, Jeff worked at companies such as Apple Computer, Structural Dynamics Research and FMC Central Engineering Labs. He holds three master's degrees: a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University; and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
