Ginger is vice president and general manager of Beltway Title. She joined the Beltway Title team in September 1995. She has over 37 years experience in the Title Industry. She has held every position in a title company beginning with processor, then settlement officer, director of sales and client services and now holds the top position in the company, General Manager. She has attended many conferences, seminars and management training sessions.
Ginger is very passionate about her position and the industry in general. She is very active in the Realtor associations, Mortgage Broker Association, Mortgage Banker Association, Homebuilder Association, RESPRO, MLTA and ALTA (American Land Title Association). She holds a seat on the Board of Directors for RESPRO. She is a member of the State Issues Task Force Committee for RESPRO. She has been appointed to the closing committee for ALTA and the legislative committee for MLTA.
Ginger is a Certified Land Title Professional as was selected as a Nuts N Bolts Instructor, which is the continuing education series sponsored by Maryland Land Title Association.

At SFAI, Bill chaperoned development and deployment of the first network-based, non-carrier, prepaid wireless software platform in the US.
Since 2002, Bill has served as Trustee and Director at his Alma Mater, DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA., where he also serves on the Development and Advisory Board Committees. Bill has been a member of the Gerson Lehrman Group Technology Leaders Council since 2002, maintaining a consistent “Top 5%” national ranking among his industry peers. Throughout his career, Bill has spoken at numerous conferences, symposiums and panels. Most recently, he has been the Key Note speaker for the 2007 GMAC National Conference presentations on Affiliated Business Arrangements (AfBA’s) for Title, Escrow and Closing Services, the Key Note speaker for the 2007 South Florida Technology Alliance together with numerous other speaking engagements.
Mark Holley

Mark Holley started his career in the computer network services industry in 1985. He has since worked with Fortune 1000 companies designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure. Holley’s cross-industry experience established a strong foundation for his consulting role helping companies reach long-term business goals. In 1988 he joined the management team at DataStar USA. During his tenure, annual revenues increased from 2 to 14 million. In May 2001 Holley was hired by RamQuest as the National Director of Sales. RamQuest has since become the leading independent software provider in the Title Industry. Holley was later moved into the role of Associate Vice President, Business Development where he was responsible for identifying and integrating RamQuest’s title software with new, emerging markets. He currently serves as Vice President, Channel Sales and National Accounts. In this role Holley is responsible for executing the company’s strategic initiatives in the areas of underwriter relationships and national customer accounts.
Mark Holley also serves on the Membership Committee for the American Land Title Association and on the Annual Conference and Communication/Marketing Committees for the Texas Land Title Association.
