
Linda Grahovec FNF National Agency Director of Education and Marketing Strategy FNF Family of Companies Linda has been in real estate transactions services since 1986. She was a full time real estate broker for 10 years and still holds her managing broker’s license in Illinois. She expanded her knowledge base by working for a law firm as a real estate paralegal for 8 years. She worked closely with attorneys, lenders, realtors and consumers from contracts to closings. The next open chair at the closing table was that of a title officer. Linda spent 8 years working in a direct operation with responsibilities from new construction to sales management. For several years she worked with title agents of all sizes in Illinois and a 15 State Division. She now supports title agency business development, web and digital technology, marketing strategy, national communications, internal and agent education on various topics (CLE and non-CLE), and business plan analysis for FNF National Agency. Linda, an award winning speaker, has presented for ALTA, FBI, FNF, HUD OIG, IDFPR, ILTA, IRELA, NBI, WLTA and other organizations across the country. She is part of the IL Mortgage Fraud Task Force and administers regulatory compliance laws, Industry Best Practices and CyberSecurity for Title Agents of Alamo Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Fidelity National Title and National Title of NY. When not at her job, she enjoys her 6 children, 9 grandchildren, loves to cook, entertain, photography and water sports. | 
James Chou Associate Buckley LLP Mr. James C. Chou, CISSP, CDPSE, is an associate attorney at Buckley LLP, a financial services law firm, where he practices cybersecurity, privacy, financial services, and corporate law. Mr. Chou provides counseling to financial institutions on cyber incident response, recovery, and remediation, including assisting such institutions in determining consumer and regulator notification obligations and advising on regulatory and enforcement actions related to privacy and cybersecurity. Mr. Chou also routinely provides legal and compliance advice to companies on cyber and privacy laws and institutional frameworks, including the GLBA, TCPA, FCRA, state laws (including CCPA), PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and NY DFS Cybersecurity Regulations, as well as on a variety of consumer protection and banking laws, including BSA, TILA, ECOA, EFTA, and UDAAP. Mr. Chou routinely contributes to the field of cyber law, co-authoring articles in the Cybersecurity Law Report, Bloomberg Law, and the Journal of Banking and Financing Law, among others. Prior to his current employment, Mr. Chou spent more than thirteen years serving in various positions in the Department of the Army and defense industry, interfacing with various departments and agencies across the DoD. He served as a Senior Operations Research Analyst for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, and was responsible for building the Army’s Program Objective and the Army’s Future Year Defense Program (FYDP), and conducting independent analysis and providing senior leaders with recommendations on a wide range of Army programs worth collectively over $200 billion across the FYDP. Mr. Chou also served as a Senior Management Analyst for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, where he was a key analytic contributor to the Total Army Analysis and Army Force Generation programs, and established the analytical framework underpinning the Dynamic Army Resource Priorities List to drive resource optimization. Mr. Chou was also an IT project manager and risk manager for a defense contractor, developing various models and programs for the DoD. Mr. Chou is a thirty-year resident of Northern Virginia and holds a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, a Master of Science in Biodefense from George Mason University, and a bachelor’s degree in both Biology and Mathematics from the University of Virginia. Mr. Chou remains active in the information security and defense community and is currently a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer. He has also been active in the local community, serving as a volunteer member of the Fairfax Community Emergency Response Team since 2012 and was formerly a Director and Vice President of Membership for Pan-Pacific American Leaders and Mentors, a regional nonprofit serving federal government and military communities. | 
Leslie Wyatt Director of Regulatory Compliance SoftPro Leslie Wyatt is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at SoftPro. She began her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, and joined SoftPro in 2002. She currently oversees the Compliance Department with her primary focus being on regulatory issues at the Federal, state and county levels. Leslie is a member of the ALTA Implementation Task Force, the Title Action Network Steering Committee, the ALTA Government Affairs Committee, the ALTA Membership Committee, the ALTA Education Committee and the TLTA Federal Issues Committee. She has represented ALTA at a congressional briefing regarding the CFPB and the TRID changes. Leslie travels though out country speaking on our industry’s hot topics with a focus on regulatory and compliance. Leslie continuous to work with the CFPB on various projects regarding TRID, UCD, MISMO and other industry hot topics. |
