Frank O'Neill is the Chief Appraiser for Stewart Valuation Services which provides appraisal management services through a nationwide network of both staff and fee panel appraisers. Frank is a Certified General Appraiser with 30+ years’ experience in his own private practice as well as in positions with national firms. He has long been active in industry organizations including the Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC), the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of The Appraisal Foundation, the National Appraisal Congress (NAC), the Collateral Risk Network (CRN), the Association of Appraisal Regulatory Officials (AARO), the Real Estate Valuation Advocacy Association (REEVA), and previously served on the CT Real Estate Appraisal Commission. Frank has over 25 years’ experience teaching real estate and appraisal related topics and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. He was an adjunct professor for the University of Connecticut, and has taught for the Appraisal Institute, and for many other schools and organizations. Frank is an SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute, and a member of the National Association of Appraisers.

George Paquette, Strategy Manager of Valuations for Springhouse AMC, is a state-certified appraiser in multiple states, and has his SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute.
George has over 15 years of valuation experience and has worked as a Chief Appraiser, Compliance Officer, and as a Valuation Manager for nationwide AMCs and large lenders, and has owned and operated one of the largest independent appraisal offices in Orange County, California.
Prior to joining Springhouse AMC, George served as the Chief Appraiser of a nationwide AMC and asset management company for the last nine years, and is currently studying data science at the University of California Irvine.

Bryan S. Reynolds, CEDI, MNAA is a KY/TN certified general real property appraiser, a registered agent with the TN State Board of Equalization and an AQB certified USPAP instructor. He has testified and appeared in various courts, planning and zoning boards as both an expert and as an agent making valuation arguments before local and state hearing officials and administrated law judges. He was one of two appraisers chosen by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to attend an invitation only Level One Investigator Training and sent by Tennessee for Level Two and Level Three Investigator Training presented by The Appraisal Foundation/AARO. He has served as a contract Investigator of the State of Tennessee.
Reynolds is the owner of Bryan S. Reynolds & Associates, Reynolds Appraisal Service. He provides various educational offerings, mentoring, residential and commercial valuation services, consulting and litigation support services throughout the region as well as being available for lectures and is well known for his Think Outside the "Check" Box approach. He also authored several books.
