Lyle Radke Principal, Collateral Policy Fannie Mae Lyle Radke joined Fannie Mae in 2013 and is a Principal in Collateral Policy. His team establishes and maintains policies for property eligibility, appraisals, and condo project standards. He holds a master’s degree in geology from Brigham Young University, is a certified residential appraiser in New Mexico, and has worked in valuation for nearly 30 years. | Matt Simmons Managing Partner Maxwell, Hendry and Simmons Matt Simmons is the Managing Partner of Maxwell, Hendry, & Simmons (MHS), the oldest and largest real estate appraisal and consulting firm in Southwest Florida. Matt is a graduate of FGCU’s Lutgert College of Business and joined MHS in 2005 to launch a residential division of the firm. Today, he oversees the commercial division of MHS and his individual practice consists primarily of consulting and valuation work for litigation and property tax appeals. As a recognized expert witness in several state and federal jurisdictions and in many Florida municipalities for zoning and land use valuation matters, Matt leads the firms’ consulting division in providing economic impact, value impact, and market studies. In 2012, he was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. He is the youngest appointee in the history of FREAB, served as the 2014 Chairman, and worked to co-author several newer sections of the Administrative Code applicable to real estate appraisers, instructors, and appraisal management companies.
