Amy Gregory

Florida Agency Network Amy was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She began her title career in 1995 as a receptionist at a large, local independent title agency. Here she worked her way through her career in post-closing, processing, closing and management. Amy then joined Hillsborough Title in 2007 where she directly assisted Aaron Davis in opening the second Hillsborough Title office. As a Licensed Title Agent, her career progression moved quickly from Branch Manager to General Manager, and now currently holds the Chief Administration Officer and President of Title Operations positions for the Florida Agency Network. She oversees all personnel, title production, escrow offices and the ancillary service divisions. Amy is experienced in all types of transactions, including residential, commercial, and construction. Her expertise is in processes, procedures, mentoring and training results in outstanding customer service. Amy has been awarded the widely recognized CAMS® credential by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists® (ACAMS®). She is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA) and is part of the Talent Committee for the American Land Title Association (ALTA). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, helping fundraise for local nonprofits, attending music concerts and cheering on the local Tampa Bay sports teams. | 
Andrew McElroy
Senior Vice President
American Federal Mortgage Corp. Andrew McElroy is Senior Vice President at American Federal Mortgage Corporation. Andrew started in the mortgage industry after his graduation from the College of New Jersey. He held positions in operations, secondary marketing, and sales before becoming the VP of Operations in 2004. In that role, Andrew oversaw all staff involved in the operational life cycle of the loan from processing until the loan servicing was transferred. In 2020, Andrew began using his operational expertise in a different way by moving from day to day operations to a more strategic role that focuses on using American Federal’s current and new systems and technology to create better efficiency and scale in the mortgage process. Andrew also still oversees the Compliance and Quality Control departments. | 
Charlotte Brown
Senior Director of Product
Qualia In her seven years at Qualia, Charlotte has guided the expansion of its title and escrow software nationwide and been instrumental to growing Qualia’s research and development organization. Charlotte has received several industry recognitions, such as being named as a woman of influence and tech trendsetter for her work to push forward digital innovation in the mortgage industry. Before working in real estate technology, she worked in healthcare — translating public health policy into software solutions and multi-year population health interventions. Charlotte graduated from Stanford University cum laude with a BA in Neuroscience. |
