Tish has a unique blend of knowledge and experience. She has worked for large national underwriters hiring, training, mentoring and leading all aspects of operations. She has also worked for title agents launching new divisions, re-building operations and managing the closure of companies. Her experience has encompassed executive level positions where Tish has created strategic plans to analyze and enhance workflow models, review roles and responsibilities of staff to improve production, develop employee performance criteria that resulted in high gains in efficiency and created bench marking/metrics to effectively manage all aspects of operations. Tish is a certified MAGIC® (Make A Great Impression on your Customer) trainer and has facilitated numerous courses for internal, external and international employees on the importance of customer relations. Tish has earned credibility as a speaker to professional organizations over the past two decades sharing her insights on customer service, operations management and the application of data and analytics to more effectively manage. Tish recently presented an Engagement Lab on Operational Productivity which she dubbed “I Make Title Sexy” at the 2021 ALTA One Conference where there was standing room only and attendees were being turned away at the door. Tish also presented at the 2022 ALTA Springboard where she received a perfect 100 Net Presenter Score (NPS). Tish presented at the Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) Conference in June of 2022 on “Remote Employment: What Should We Expect Next?” In 2021, Tish did a Podcast on Title Industry Disrupters on RamQuest’s Commitment Matters series. Tish also began a blog series on her website www.TDBAdvisors.com entitled “Life Lessons: Six of One Dozen of the Other” in which she shares her professional life lessons that she continues to work to perfect. Tish is a member of the 2023 ALTA Research and Analytics Subcommittee. Tish is a member of the American Land Title Association and the Employee’s Relocation Council. Tish received her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. Tish has a degree in Marketing from California State University at Long Beach and a Master’s Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. |

Qualia Max Lamb leads partnerships and integrations at Qualia, where his team builds the company’s partner ecosystem to streamline the real estate transaction process. The team develops and grows various partnership verticals, including collaborations with title insurers on the Qualia Assure system. Through solutions like title insurance underwriter integrations, Resware API partnerships, and Marketplace, users can easily access a variety of integrated products and services throughout the lifecycle of a file. |
